Draft, pending legal review. These terms describe the rules the affiliate system actually enforces. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer; they should be before the programme opens publicly.

Affiliate terms

What you earn

  • Direct commission is 15%, 20% or 25% of what a customer actually paid, according to your tier at the moment of the sale.
  • You also earn 5% of the commissions earned by affiliates you recruited. That is a share of their commission, not of their sales, and it stops there — the programme has two levels and no third.
  • The rate on a sale is fixed when the sale is recorded. Reaching a higher tier changes what you earn on future sales and never recalculates past ones.

Tiers

  • Tiers are earned over a rolling 30-day window, on validated sales — sales that were paid and not refunded.
  • PRO: 11 validated sales, or $1,000 in validated revenue.
  • ELITE: 51 validated sales, or $5,000 in validated revenue.
  • Either route qualifies. Frog Funded may adjust these thresholds; a change applies from the date it is made.

Attribution

  • A visitor who arrives through your link is credited to you for 30 days.
  • Where a customer arrived through more than one affiliate, the most recent link wins.
  • Attribution is decided on our servers from the order, not from anything sent by a browser.

Self-referral is not allowed

  • You may not buy through your own link, use your own code, or arrange for an account you control to do either.
  • Creating accounts in order to generate commissions, or recruiting yourself through a second account, is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of the commissions involved.
  • Purchases made through your own link earn nothing. This is enforced automatically.

Fraud, spam and how you may promote us

  • No spam: unsolicited email, unsolicited direct messages, comment spam, or automated posting.
  • No misleading advertising. Do not promise trading profits, guaranteed passes, or income. Prop trading involves risk and most challenges do not pass.
  • Do not bid on Frog Funded brand terms in paid search, impersonate Frog Funded, or present yourself as an employee.
  • You may use the Frog Funded name and logo to link to us. You may not alter them, or use them in a way that implies endorsement of your own products.
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, browser extensions or any technique that sets attribution without a genuine click.
  • Commissions arising from any of the above may be cancelled or reversed.

Refunds

  • Commissions are held for 14 days before becoming available, so that refunds can be settled first.
  • If a customer is refunded, the commission on that sale is cancelled if it was still pending, or reversed if it had already been approved or paid.
  • A reversal of a commission already paid to you is recorded as a debit against future earnings. It is never taken by editing your history.
  • The same applies to the sub-affiliate commission that sale produced.

Payouts

  • The minimum payout is $50.00.
  • Only approved commissions can be withdrawn. Pending commissions cannot.
  • Payouts are requested here and sent manually after review. You provide the destination wallet address; Frog Funded never asks for, holds or stores a private key.
  • You are responsible for the address you give us and for any tax arising on what you earn.

Suspension and termination

  • Frog Funded may place an affiliate account under review, suspend it, or close it, where there is evidence of fraud, self-referral, spam, misleading promotion, or a breach of these terms.
  • A suspended account stops being credited with new sales and cannot request payouts. Commissions already earned are held pending the outcome of the review.
  • Commissions found to be fraudulent may be cancelled or reversed in full.
  • You may leave the programme at any time. Approved commissions above the minimum remain payable.

Changes

  • Frog Funded may change the rates, tiers, hold period, minimum payout and attribution window. Changes apply from the date they are made and do not alter commissions already recorded.
